Outdoor Circuit Training

    This is a sample of a full-body workout to enhance our cardiovascular fitness.It includes a warm-up, running, abdominal workout,High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), agility ladder exercises and cone drills, plyometrics as well as a cool-down and stretching of all the muscle groups used, in order to optimize physical competence, without being injured.
